
Starsiege: Deadzone is a squad-based corridor extraction shooter set in derelict space stations overrun by hostile Cybrids.
Our work focused on making fights easy to parse in narrow, high-tension environments. We built an automated system to generate procedural environmental tails, allowing weapon reflections to adapt consistently to each station layout. We also shaped a tight, futuristic weapon sound language, balancing physical impact with clarity, and giving every weapon a strong and immediately identifiable audio signature to support fast decision-making during encounters.
