
Century: Age of Ashes is a free-to-play multiplayer dragon shooter where players engage in fast, chaotic aerial dogfights across large fantasy arenas.
As the audio team, we designed the dragons and environments, using medieval instruments and organic foley to support the game’s dark fantasy tone. A strong focus was placed on giving each dragon type a distinct and recognizable audio identity, while maintaining overall consistency across the roster.
We also developed complex wind and pass-by systems to reinforce the sensation of speed, and built gameplay-driven mixing and spatialization to handle the large-scale aerial combat.
